During the installation, Mr. McCoy called to see how the installation was progressing and if I were satisfied; after the installation, I received a phone message (Erin, I believe) asking if I had been satisfied and to call with any questions/assistance in the future. I truly felt like I was visiting royalty. I tell everyone who will listen about the experience I had with your company (of which you must truly be proud) because it is, unfortunately, a rare experience these days. "I looked for tile for two years. In November, I gave BakerBros. a try and met Brett Mossey. He listened to my needs, asked questions and found the perfect tile for my home. He took extra time to explain the process of retiling a home, helped me make decisions about placement of the tile and showed me how the tile would look in different lighting. I explained that I had a limited window because I had committed to a sit down luncheon for twenty-five people and he assured me that the job could be completed.
Brett did ''better than his word." The job was completed 2 1/2 days earlier than what we had allowed for and I was able to get painters in promptly to be ready for my party. Anyone can make a promise, but Brett was honest and that is something a customer always remembers. I will refer all my friends to him; he has earned my loyalty.
I was also extremely pleased with the team of installers that he sent to my home.They were very respectful of my home, did a great job and left my home very neat and clean. The young men were kind, polite and clean cut; the kind of people that you feel safe having in your home.
